"How much does beachfront land cost in Sisal?" is the first question almost everyone asks. The honest answer is a little uncomfortable: it depends. Not because we want to dodge the number, but because two lots both advertised as "beachfront" can have completely different prices per square meter.

The classic mistake is to assume there is a single price for "the beach" in Sisal. There is not. There is a wide range, and what moves your lot within that range comes down to concrete variables: whether you are in the front row or the second row, how much beach frontage you have, whether you are buying inside a development with amenities or a standalone lot, and how resolved the services are.
